Fionagh began her performing career gigging with a large, orchestral style organ, playing for dancing, accompanying cabaret, and performing for functions such as anniversaries or special occasions. She also provided background music in restaurants and pubs. Then, on Sundays, Fionagh would be seated at the church organ to play for services.
Fionagh met many musicians on her gigs, and as a result teamed up with a drummer and a singer/guitarist to form a trio named Eagle Three. They worked together for several years, until Fionagh moved away from the area. Away from the trio, Fionagh often deputized for various bands’ keyboard players.
Fionagh has performed in concerts with her piano duet partner, and acted as accompanist for many students taking their practical music exams. She has played organ recitals as part of local festivals, and now continues with a busy schedule of church services, weddings and other special service occasions. In addition, Fionagh directs the All Age Choir and music Group at her local Parish Church and is accompanist for a local choir.
